3. Do I need access to a gym for your programs, or can I train at home?
Both work! We design programs based on the equipment you have available, whether that’s a fully equipped gym, a home setup, or just bodyweight training.
4. Are training programs customized to my goals and sport?
Yes. Whether you’re training for overall strength, fat loss, or sport-specific performance (soccer, wrestling, football, basketball, golf, etc.), your program is tailored specifically to you.

6. How do I communicate with my coach during training?
Depending on your package, you’ll have access through email, text check-ins, or scheduled video calls. We make sure you always have the support you need.
7. What kind of results can I expect, and how soon?
Results vary based on consistency, effort, and goals. Most clients start noticing progress in 4–6 weeks, with significant strength, performance, and physique changes over 12 weeks and beyond.
8. How do I order merch, and what sizes do you offer?
All merch can be ordered directly through our website. We offer a full range of sizes (XS–XXL for apparel) and gear that’s built for athletes and strength training.
9. Do you ship apparel and accessories internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
10. What is your refund or cancellation policy for programs and merch?
Programs: Refunds are not offered once coaching has started, but you can cancel future billing at any time.
Merch: Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused/unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
